Job summary

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking reliable individuals to join our manufacturing team in a 12-hour rotating shift (2 on, 2 off, 3 on; nights/weekends). The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or GED, 0–2 years in manufacturing, basic math skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. We offer competitive base pay ($44,000-$52,000) and a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in accordance with standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Perform assembly, machine operation, packaging, and other manufacturing tasks.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S principles.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and report operational, quality, or safety concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work practices.
• Support the achievement of daily production, quality, and efficiency goals.
