Job summary

Lilly is hiring a Manufacturing Operator to support the production and release of materials for human consumption. The role requires compliance with procedures and GMPs, and offers exposure to a 24/7 operation.

Associate degree or higher in a technical field is preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish capability. We value teamwork, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Science or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical) or another related technical field or technical degree in engineering, instrumentation, science, or applied mechanics.
• Previous experience in manufacturing of oral solid dosages, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute diverse tasks related to the production and release of materials during the manufacturing of products for human consumption, while complying with procedures and good manufacturing practices.
• Support rotating shifts including a 24/7 operation.
• Use PPE, including PAPR, as required.
