Job summary

Lilly is building a state-of-the-art Lebanon Advanced Therapies site to manufacture next-generation therapies. The Manufacturing Operator will support GMP manufacturing activities across cell culture, purification, and fill/finish, under supervision, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of cleanroom manufacturing experience, with strong documentation and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical cleanroom experience or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience with bioreactors, filtration, purification, and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Work in a cleanroom environment to produce advanced therapies safely and with quality.
• Coordinate production activities with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Plant Maintenance.
• Participate in equipment commissioning, qualification testing, and process validation activities.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and logbooks per cGLP/cGMP requirements.
