Job summary

Lilly is hiring an Operator Biotech to support production of biotechnological products. The role requires performing tasks on the manufacturing line, monitoring processes, and handling materials with adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Candidates should have an Associate degree in a technical field, forklift experience, and at least 6 months in biotech fermentation or isolation. Bilingual Spanish/English is required; 24/7 rotating shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• Forklift experience.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts (e.g., 5S).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Regulatory compliance mindset; team player.
• 6+ months experience as biotech operator in Fermentation and/or Isolation.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks on assigned production line for biotech products.
• Monitor process performance and ensure adherence to procedures, GMP, and safety rules.
• Handle materials and operate equipment, including forklifts, safely and efficiently.
• Document activities and ensure proper waste handling and area cleanliness.
