Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking an Operator to operate production equipment, perform testing, and execute assembly tasks ensuring quality production per company standards.

The role requires reading sketches, assembling components, and maintaining safety and quality. You will participate in training, inspections, and team collaboration to optimize efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in assembly or manufacturing facility preferred.
• Ability to read assembly instructions, safety and quality requirements.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret sketches and instructions.
• Assemble products as instructed by work instructions, maintaining safety and quality.
• Use tools, fixtures and machines during assembly and related operations.
• Assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at shift end.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency.
• Follow all safety policies and wear PPE.
