Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions seeks an Operator to run production equipment, perform testing, and assemble parts to meet our quality standards. You will read and interpret sketches, follow detailed work instructions, and operate drills, punches, and other machines as needed.

You’ll participate in training colleagues, conduct quality checks, keep your area clean, and work with teammates to boost efficiency while strictly following safety rules and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Reads assembly instructions and safety/quality requirements.
• Assembles products per work instructions with focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret sketches and instructions.
• Assemble products per work instructions with safety and quality in mind.
• Use tools, fixtures, and machines for drilling, screwing, and bolting as directed.
• May assist in training new operators.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Keep workstation clean and organized at end of shift.
• Collaborate with team to improve production efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE.
