Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (CPG) is seeking a manufacturing operator at the East 80th Cleveland Plant. The role starts on the 1st shift and may transition to 2nd or 3rd shift after probation, with shift differentials and potential for regular union employment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, monitoring line performance, handling materials with a forklift, performing quality checks, labeling, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, fractions).
• Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions.
• Forklift certificate and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor line speed, weight, and other metrics.
• Move raw materials and finished goods with forklift.
• Perform quality tests on batches per guidelines.
• Ensure correct labeling on packaging and totes.
• Maintain housekeeping and orderly work area.
