The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing processes, including packaging and materials handling, in compliance with cGMP and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform activities such as raw material dispensing, sampling, media and buffer preparation, filter installation, and sample submission independently.
2. Coordinate activities like receiving and sorting return products and rework.
3. Dispose of products according to local regulations.
4. Handle packing, operate, and maintain equipment in designated areas.
5. Troubleshoot issues in respective work areas.
6. Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
7. Mentor less experienced workers on equipment use and problem resolution.
8. Adhere to all safety and sustainability requirements, seeking clarification when needed.
9. Report safety issues, incidents, and deficiencies promptly and take corrective actions where possible.
10. Stop work if necessary to ensure safety.

Key Requirements

1. HS Diploma or GED required.
2. Experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment, preferably with oral solid dosage forms.
3. Ability to work 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday.
