Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for an inserter machine operator position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery and equipment in a manufacturing or production environment. This role ensures that machinery runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.

Detailed Summary

• Load printed materials into inserters and ensure correct sequence and orientation
• Perform quality checks on output to ensure mailing accuracy, including barcode scanning and integrity checks.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
• Inspect finished products and document any defects or issues, making adjustments as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Experience with operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
