Your Role

Responsibilities

• Manufacture materials using established procedures, ensuring safety and quality.
• Produce, purify, and package chemical compounds meeting customer requirements.
• Stage materials with warehouse equipment like pallet trucks and Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Verify the quality and integrity of materials and equipment.
• Perform in-process testing, workups, and simple interpretations as per Master Production Records.
• Update batch records, computer systems, and SAP in accordance with ISO procedures.
• Follow safety practices per OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, and other regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain safety awareness through proactive safety practices.
• Participate in operational excellence programs like Daily Management System and 6S organization.
• Engage in team objectives to improve safety, quality, and production.
• Participate in personal and professional development activities.
• Work shift: 12-hour night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 2/2/3 schedule.

Physical Attributes

• Wear protective gear including respirators, safety shoes, chemical suits, and goggles.
• Work in wet, humid, hot, or cold environments.
• Sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, twist, or crouch for extended periods.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Work near hazardous chemicals and moving mechanical parts.
• Use various vision and equipment tools.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chemical handling and understanding chemical reactions and hazards.
• Knowledge of ISO and quality systems.
• Mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Ability to read protocols and multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
