Production Operator (3rd Shift)

Wage: $25.47/hour plus night shift and Sunday premiums

Location: Kiel, Wisconsin

Hours: 3rd Shift: 10:50pm-7am (Start and End times may vary based on production needs)

Overtime: Eligible after 8 hours

Schedule: 10 days on & 4 days off

$2500 Sign-On Bonus

You will receive a sign-on bonus of $500 after 60 days of employment. After six months, a $1,000 retention bonus; after one year, a second $1,000 retention bonus. Total bonuses amount to $2,500.

The Production Operator performs manufacturing processes that add value and quality to inputs, creating high-quality final products. Responsibilities include receiving raw materials, operating proprietary processes, and packaging. Safety, attention to detail, quality, sanitation, and efficiency are essential.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• At least 6 months of solid work experience in any industry
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow manufacturer's specifications and directions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18 years or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work in cold and/or hot temperatures
• Adhere to SOPs
• Self-reliant and able to work with limited supervision
• Maintain a safe working environment
• Customer-focused and team-oriented
• Flexible schedule
• Read, write, comprehend, follow instructions, basic math skills
• Lift/carry up to 55 lbs.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience communicating in a team environment
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of manufacturing and packaging equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movement: walking, standing, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing
• Wearing PPE
• Working in temperature zones, dusty environments
• Shift work including days, nights, weekends, holidays, overtime
