1st Shift Production Operator - Chilton Facility

Join the Briess Team! We are hiring a Full-Time 1st shift Production Operator at our Chilton Insta Grains Facility.

Briess Industries, a family-owned manufacturer of malted barley and natural food ingredients since 1876, fosters a family culture that motivates and develops team members professionally and personally.

Starting pay is $25.00/hour. Saturday or Sunday pay is at time and a half, even if not in overtime. The shift is 8am - 4pm, Monday through Friday, with one weekend off per month to balance work and life.

Responsibilities include:

• Weighing, measuring, mixing, and packing ingredients according to formulas.
• Operating forklifts and processing equipment such as roasting, micronizing, and milling.
• Sampling products and performing lab analyses.
• Maintaining records and performing sanitation and light maintenance tasks.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting equipment to meet product standards.
• Following work orders and safety policies.
