Production Operator (Weekend Shift- three 12 hour shifts!)

Launch your career at LaClare Family Creamery! We are looking for dependable, self-motivated Packaging, Flex, and Production Operators to support our weekend shift team in crafting the highest quality cheeses. This position will train on weekdays and transition to weekends in August, working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5:00am to 5:00pm, with overtime as necessary. We offer competitive pay starting at $24.49/hour plus a $5.00 shift premium, full benefits, and monthly bonus opportunities.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Weekend Production Supervisor and team to complete all production tasks.
• Perform product tests, record results, and make adjustments per recipe specifications.
• Monitor, prepare, and change equipment in the soft cheese packaging process.
• Detect abnormalities in equipment operation by listening to work environment sounds.
• Assist with production runs and document all packaging steps to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness: wash, rinse, sanitize, and return equipment; complete sanitation schedules and documentation.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures regarding food safety and personal safety.
• Promote the company's values and culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
