Sign-on bonus of $4,000 if hired for this position (paid out after 90 days of employment).

Your Role

This Manufacturing Operator 2 position focuses on the safe and efficient manufacturing of products used in semiconductor and life science industries. Responsibilities include:

• Produce, purify, and package chemical compounds according to customer requirements.
• Stage materials using warehouse equipment like pallet trucks and Powered Industrial Trucks.
• Verify quality and integrity of materials and equipment.
• Perform in-process analytical testing, including workups and interpretations as per Master Production Records.
• Update batch records, computer systems, and SAP in accordance with ISO procedures.
• Follow safety practices aligned with OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, and other regulations.
• Participate in safety initiatives and operational excellence programs.
• Engage in personal and professional development.
• Work on a 12-hour night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 2/2/3 schedule).

Physical Attributes

• Wear protective gear including respirators, safety shoes, chemical suits, and goggles.
• Work in wet, humid, hot, or cold environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and working near moving machinery.
• Use various vision and manual dexterity skills required for manufacturing and lab work.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with chemical handling and industrial work.
• Knowledge of chemical reactions, hazards, ISO, and quality systems.
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to read protocols, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
