• Starting Pay - $25.46 per hour and increase to $27.31 per hour within your first month!
• $3.50 per hour premium for weekend shifts
• Opportunity for paid vacation after probation

Responsibilities

• General cleanup and housekeeping around paper machines, production areas and other moving equipment
• Assist with quality inspections to ensure product meets customer specifications and standards
• Haul and hoist materials using powered industrial vehicles and cranes; load and unload material from machines
• Will be trained and must be able to pass forklift certification
• Utilize technology/computers to track order production and product quality
• Work in a team to assist operators and perform other duties as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to successfully pass a post-offer drug screen
• Physical Requirements include:
• Perform heavy work, defined as lifting 100 lb. maximum with help, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 50 lbs
• Perform work while wearing a supplied air respirator (dependent on department)
• Work around fast-moving machinery
• Work at heights
• Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Work Location and Schedule

• Location: 600 Thilmany Rd, Kaukauna, WI 54130
• Schedule: Ability to work rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 shifts OR 8-hour shifts on a southern swing rotation. We do not have any straight shift openings. Overtime is required and built into the schedule rotation.
