Job summary

Aspen Technologies, Inc. in Manchester, TN is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate on 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). You will operate production machinery, trim, and assembly tools, keep a clean workstation, and uphold safety and quality standards to meet daily goals.

Starting pay is $15/hour with overtime as needed; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD/STD, 401(k) with match, 10 paid holidays, PTO and profit-sharing eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must follow instructions and safety procedures.
• Comfortable in a warm, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Desire for long-term employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, trimmers, or assembly tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Meet daily production and attendance goals.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
