Aspen Technologies, Inc. is seeking entry-level candidates for manufacturing roles on the production line in Brighton, MI. You will operate machinery, trim, and use hand tools to help deliver quality parts on time.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and a team-player mindset. Training is provided, with safe work practices and steady attendance expected; overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Must follow instructions and safety procedures accurately.
• Comfortable working in a warm, non-climate-controlled environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Desire for long-term employment.
• Ability to understand and read directions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, trimmers, or assembly tools safely and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Meet daily production and attendance goals
• Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
