Job summary

Aspen Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for the Brighton location on 1st shift (6 a.m.–2:30 p.m., Mon-Fri). The role involves operating production machinery, supporting trimming and assembly tasks, and maintaining safe, efficient workflows in a fast-paced polyurethane foam facility.

Entry-level candidates or those with prior production experience are welcome. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred.
• Must follow instructions and safety procedures accurately.
• Comfortable working in a warm, non-climate-controlled environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Desire for long-term employment.
• Ability to understand and read directions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, trimmers, or assembly tools safely and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.
• Meet daily production and attendance goals.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed.
