Aspen Technologies, Inc. in Manchester, TN is hiring for a Manufacturing Associate on 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.). You will operate production machinery, trim, and assembly tools, keep a clean workstation, and uphold safety and quality standards to meet daily goals.

Starting pay is $15/hour with overtime as needed; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, LTD/STD, 401(k) with match, 10 paid holidays, PTO and profit-sharing eligibility.

Qualifications

Manufacturing Associate Manchester TN - 1st Shift 4 Days

Production Operator / Trimmer – Full-Time (Monday–Thursday Schedule)

6am-4:30pm 1st shift

Location: Manchester, TN 37355

Pay: Starting at $15/hour or higher (based on experience and shift preference) – paid Biweekly on Friday.

Who We Want

Aspen Technologies Inc is seeking candidates at entry-level or those with prior experience to work on the production line, operate machinery, hand tools, and help us deliver quality products on time. General Production to work on our 1st Shift at our Manchester location. The hours are 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Thursday, with overtime as required on weekends as needed for production.

What Requirements Are Needed

• Experience in Manufacturing is preferred
• Must follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
• Comfortable working in a warm, non-climate-controlled environment

• Ability to understand and read directions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Walking/Standing/Bending for long periods of time.

Physical Requirements

Must have physical strength and endurance to be able to perform duties. Required to frequently lift and move 10-50 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
