Kelly Services in Middletown, VA is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to perform manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. You will follow SOPs, work instructions, and blueprints throughout production, adhering to GMP and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include assembling tubing, reading drawings, packaging finished goods, and documenting per GMP.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Middletown, VA

Pay Rate: $20.90/hour

Shift: 3:30PM-2:00AM Mon-Thurs

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints throughout the entire production process including assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This position requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-centered setting.

What will you do?

• Manually assemble tubing and connectors for the medical industry.

• Read manufacturing drawings and follow SOPs.

• Manufacture bags utilizing SOPs and product blueprints.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous 1 year of production or manufacturing experience

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

• Work 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment; overtime may be required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper gowning (gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, safety glasses; no makeup or jewelry).

• Use PPE and follow chemical hygiene requirements.

• Infrequently lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.

• Stand, move, reach, bend, stoop, and grasp for extended periods.

• Use hand tools and perform forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling.
