Job summary

Katalyst CRO is seeking a production operator to maintain product quality and production levels in a high-speed manufacturing environment. You will inspect, operate equipment, move materials, and sanitize as part of a team.

The role requires strict adherence to quality systems, safety regulations, and proper paperwork. You will perform inspections, respond to alarms, and support continuous process improvements while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic computer keyboard and navigational skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment according to preventive maintenance schedule.
• Clean machines and immediate work area.
• Produce, visually inspect and package product.
• Operate equipment and process functions.
• Conduct inspections and perform process tests.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Respond to and reset alarms as needed.
• Sustain productive communication with team members.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain certification on assigned equipment.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Shift Leader to support the business.
