Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development within a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong ability to design, organize, and improve training programs that support operational goals.
• Proven experience assessing learning needs and developing structured training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve training programs for manufacturing operations and business goals.
• Assess learning needs and translate them into structured solutions, including curricula and materials.
• Develop standardized content and processes for consistency and scalability across locations.
• Analyze training data and feedback to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Partner with leaders to align training initiatives with priorities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to capture technical knowledge for learning experiences.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and support development of team members.
• Review and approve training documentation and OJT materials.
