Job summary

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions LLC is seeking a Team Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations on the BRI shift in Michigan. You will guide the team to meet production targets, coordinate quality activities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You will lead safety, quality, and delivery improvements while coaching team members, conducting trainings, and ensuring adherence to standard work and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 2+ years of experience in leadership (preferred)
• Experience leading a small group or project team (preferred)
• Experience in the processes in the work area (preferred)
• Experience as a trainer (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production targets are met with the team.
• Review WIP and align labor to maximize machine utilization.
• Coordinate quality and rework with Quality/Inspection.
• Lead shift-to-shift communications and end-of-shift reporting.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery of customer requirements.
• Participate in kaizen events and training for new hires.
