Orchid Orthopedic Solutions LLC in the Great Lakes Bay Region, MI is seeking a Site Director to lead a high‑mix, high‑complexity medical device manufacturing site with full P&L responsibility, onsite, reporting to the COO.

You will drive strategy across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer fulfillment, build a culture of operational excellence, and ensure compliance with medical device regulations while delivering quality, service, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years leading hourly and salaried professional teams.
• 7+ years cross‑functional leadership and organizational development.
• 5+ years growth, profit centers, or program management.
• Exposure to S&OP, quality systems, and lean manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define site strategy and drive performance across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer fulfillment.
• Develop and mentor high‑performing teams in direct and matrixed roles.
• Build production systems, capacity planning, and labor models for scalable growth.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to expand customer relationships and volume.
• Embed quality, safety, and regulatory compliance into daily operations.
• Establish infrastructure to support future growth and customer needs.
