BorgWarner is seeking an Operations Team Lead (Industrial Solutions) to guide a production team at our Arden facility, transitioning to Hendersonville, NC. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while coordinating with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvements.

The role emphasizes leadership, schedule management, and hands-on coaching of technicians in a high-growth data-center power generation environment. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Completion of high school or equivalent + any leadership role experience.
• Strong priority and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to motivate with fairness and respect.
• Timely and logical decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.

Aufgaben

• Communicate and meet daily production schedules.
• Perform quality checks and testing of assembled components.
• Supervise and train technicians on EOL procedures and troubleshooting.
• Set up machinery and calibrate equipment as required.
• Drive FPY improvements with engineering and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with quality and engineering on root cause analyses.
• Ensure uptime of EOL test equipment and minimize downtime.
• Oversee safety, 5S standards, and standard work across the team.
