Qualifications

• Requires a U.S. High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms; able to organize systems and files.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to Operations, including scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, preparing agendas, and organizing files.
• Manage communications (emails, calls, messages) and route information to leaders.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems for production and compliance documents.
• Assist with daily/weekly production reporting, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
• Support shift supervisors with updates, forms, and documentation needs.
• Compile and distribute reports on output, labor hours, safety metrics, and downtime.
• Support audit prep with current documentation; ensure confidentiality of records.
