Iconma,-Llc. is seeking an entry-level manufacturing operator for a day shift in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The role involves supporting heat treat, cleaning, sorting, and deburring, plus manual and automated processing with microscope-assisted assembly and inspection.

You will perform precision gauging, part handling, and sorting with specialized tools, ensuring quality using GD&T and MES systems. A high school diploma and basic computer literacy are required.

• Ability to perform visual inspections and assembly tasks under magnification.

• Support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr on day shift.
• Process parts through manual and automated operations with visual inspections.
• Perform microscopic inspection and precision gauging of pins, threads, and rings.
• Sort parts using specialized tools and equipment.
• Maintain accuracy and quality through GD&T checks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
• Delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Microscopic inspection
• Part deburring, cleaning, and handling
• Precision pin, thread, and ring gaging
• Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment

Requirements:

• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel experience
• Strong manual dexterity
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
• High School diploma or equivalent; Some college or technical coursework preferred
• Ability to read and converse in English
• Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
