Job summary

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Support professional. In this full-time role, you will assist Hand Operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort and Deburr, performing manual and automated processes and inspections on the day shift.

You will use MES tooling, read GD&T, and rely on strong dexterity to handle high-volume parts while maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• English reading and conversational ability required.
• GD&T interpretation for part specs is needed.
• Experience with high-volume part handling and inspection.
• Proficiency with basic Windows and Excel applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Hand Operations including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort and Deburr on day shift.
• Process parts through manual and automated operations to achieve quality.
• Perform visual and microscopic inspections to verify specifications.
• Demonstrate teamwork in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Duties

The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision‑machined components that power industry‑leading electronic measurement equipment. In this full‑time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on‑the‑job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
