Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a reliable production associate. The role requires a basic understanding of production processes and equipment, adherence to GMP/SOPs, and safe handling of materials.

Overtime may be required, with focus on quality, safety and environmental responsibility. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 4+ months in manufacturing, and basic English reading/writing.

Qualifications

• Must have basic English reading/writing skills and be able to understand SOPs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred (minimum 4 months).
• Able to follow GMP and safety procedures and use equipment as trained.

Responsibilities

• Possess a basic understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Follow GMP and standard operating procedures.
• Transport materials safely using material handling equipment with assistance as needed.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and reporting of hazards or spills.
• Be available for overtime as needed.
• Complete operator training per guidelines and participate in continuous improvement.
• Contribute to simplification or improvement of products, services, systems, and processes.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Possess a basic understanding of production processes within area of assignment and a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
• Follow GMP, s and standard operating procedures.
• Transport materials of varying weight in accordance with established safety guidelines using material handling equipment and additional assistance as required.
• Demonstrates adherence to safety procedures by monitoring personal and peer behaviors, work environment and housekeeping.
• Available for overtime as needed
• Performs all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental matter such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, identifying, reporting, and appropriately responding to hazards in the work area (spills/accidents/near misses), always maintaining proper housekeeping, and properly labeling and storing chemicals.
• Assume responsibility for the environmental effects of work performed and for the identification and recording of environmental problems as they arise. Complete all regulatory training as assigned (GPM, s, ISO14001, OSHA, etc.).
• Complete Operator Training Program according to established guidelines.
• Be available for other projects or assignments as requested by management.
• Looking for ways to simplify or improve products, services, systems, and processes to achieve.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 4 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
• Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack is preferred.
• Problem solving skills is highly preferred.
