Role OverviewWe are seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to lead a production area focused on safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement. This position oversees a high-performing team, ensures standard work is followed, and drives measurable results across productivity and OEE.Schedule2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.A Day in the LifeAs the on-floor leader, you arrive early to review the plan, align resources, and confirm every work center is ready. You coach operators on safe practices, troubleshoot equipment issues, and jump in hands-on when needed to keep flow moving. You update the team board, track performance, and lead quick huddles to share status on OEE, schedule adherence, past-due work, and opportunities for improvement.
