Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
• High-volume manufacturing experience
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, aerospace, automotive, etc.)
• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis experience

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for a high-volume manufacturing area
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of approximately 75 production employees
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the production floor to support operations
• Build production schedules, allocate resources, and ensure staffing meets operational demands
• Monitor KPIs, identify performance trends, and implement corrective actions
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues, downtime, and production inefficiencies
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize manufacturing processes
• Manage departmental labor, overtime, and operating costs while meeting production targets
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and employee engagement

• Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis experience required
