You will lead a team responsible for qualifying and improving manufacturing processes across the product portfolio, supporting both local and international production facilities.

Working closely with Design Engineering, Operations and other cross-functional teams, you will drive improvements in manufacturability, productivity, quality and cost while supporting the introduction of new products into production.

  • Experience using manufacturing metrics to identify and drive improvements
  • Ability to manage multiple engineering projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills
  • Commercial understanding with the ability to assess the cost/benefit of engineering projects

The position will require up to approximately 25% travel, including some international travel.
