Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Operations Project Manager for the Alliance, Texas area to lead a high-visibility, multi-workstream operations initiative spanning construction, manufacturing startup, supply chain, SAP systems, and production equipment.

You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder reporting on site, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Siemens policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-visibility operations project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with ownership of resources and schedules.
• Coordinate workstreams across construction, procurement, SAP systems, IT, and digital infrastructure.
• Drive startup and ramp-up plans including hiring, training, equipment readiness, and material deliveries.
• Create and manage timelines, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls with stakeholder reporting.
