Job summary

Enovis, a medical technology company, seeks a Manufacturing Lead at the Vista Manufacturing Center in Vista, CA. You will coordinate daily activities across value streams, lead production operators and coordinators, and drive KPIs including safety, quality, delivery and value.

You will identify process gaps, implement improvements with cross-functional teams, train staff, and ensure compliance with safety and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Oracle ERP for inventory and material management.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct production operators to ensure consistent execution.
• Deliver production KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Value) to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and SOPs across areas.
• Oversee rotations and staffing based on order volume to meet daily targets.
• Identify process gaps and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
• Coordinate training of new hires and current staff on procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
• Assist basic assembly techniques and troubleshoot system failures as needed.
