Job summary

PeopleWise Consulting MN is seeking a meticulous Business Operations Coordinator in Stillwater, MN. This in-office role centers on coordinating between customers, sales, production, and administration to ensure accurate orders and smooth information flow.

The ideal candidate will help implement SOPs, support process improvements, and bridge manual workflows with new systems while assisting purchasing, accounting, and daily operations as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in office admin, customer service, or operations.
• Experience using QuickBooks Online (bundles a plus).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central contact for customers and coordinate orders.
• Enter and maintain customer, product, and order data.
• Process sales orders and related admin tasks.
• Assist with quotes, purchasing, and records.
• Support accounts payable/receivable and filing.
• Help document SOPs and support process improvements.
