Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field with relevant maintenance experience.
• 5+ years leading preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability, or uptime programs.
• Experience with CNC machine tools and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience analyzing equipment performance and translating data into actions.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and capital projects.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Machine Maintenance organization across multiple shifts.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategy for uptime, PM, PdM, and TPM.
• Monitor and communicate key maintenance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, uptime).
• Lead RCCA activities for significant equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, EH&S, and Supply Chain to prioritize maintenance and minimize disruption.
• Drive adoption of digital maintenance: CMMS, condition monitoring, dashboards and data analytics.
• Oversee commissioning, installation, sustainment, modernization, relocation, and decommissioning of assets.
• Manage spare-parts, obsolescence, OEM relationships, and capital investments.
