Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Clearfield, Utah, is seeking a senior facilities leader to manage maintenance budgets, reliability, and spare parts inventories across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will apply lean manufacturing and TPM principles, lead a team of reliability engineers and technicians, and prepare reports on equipment availability and effectiveness. A DoD Secret clearance is required within a reasonable timeframe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in facilities or related field
• Experience leading maintenance or reliability teams
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation with senior staff
• Hands-on knowledge of facilities and equipment maintenance and reliability services
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage maintenance budgets.
• Oversee facilities equipment and spare parts inventories for readiness.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles and TPM to reduce downtime.
• Communicate status with operations management.
• Lead reliability engineers and maintenance technicians.
• Develop presentations and reports on equipment availability and effectiveness.
