Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager 2 for the Cincinnati campus. The role leads the manufacturing team, coordinating with multiple units to meet cost, schedule and performance goals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, process improvement, and experience in a manufacturing environment, with ERP/MRP proficiency and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. At NG Mission Systems, you will drive operations, align with the Annual Operating Plan, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience, or a Master's with 6+ years of experience.
Management or leadership experience required.
Lean six sigma and continuous improvement experience.
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or repair environment.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead Cincinnati manufacturing operations and direct oversight of the manufacturing team.
Coordinate with Xetron Operating Unit and other units to meet cost, schedule and performance targets.
Provide leadership in technical guidance, process development, safety, producibility, capacity planning, and staffing.
Collaborate with business area leaders to meet Cincinnati milestones.
