Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Plant/Operations Leader to own manufacturing operations in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost performance across a 230–240-employee site, partnering with global stakeholders to execute strategic priorities.

You will drive end-to-end operations, supply chain, planning, logistics, engineering, maintenance, and HSE, while delivering sustainable improvements and financial results.

  • Own Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Operational Excellence, and overall financial performance.
  • Drive revenue, EBIT, cash flow, cost reduction, and operational excellence objectives.
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to execute strategic manufacturing priorities.
  • Lead an organization of approximately 230–240 employees on the manufacturing floor.

Job description

  • Lead all aspects of the manufacturing unit, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations
  • Own Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, HSE, Operational Excellence, and overall financial and fiduciary performance
  • Deliver strong performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost metrics
  • Drive revenue, EBIT, cash flow, cost reduction, and operational excellence objectives
  • Support ongoing production transfers and footprint optimization initiatives
  • Lead the development of a new building and associated testing capabilities
  • Drive manufacturing optimization to support future business growth
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to execute strategic manufacturing priorities
  • Lead an organization of approximately 230–240 employees
  • Maintain regular presence on the manufacturing floor and engage closely with employees
Requirements
  • Significant experience in manufacturing, industrial, automation, engineering, or process industries
  • Experience leading medium-to-large manufacturing facilities with full operational accountability
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end operations management, planning, logistics, quality, and engineering
  • Proven track record of driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and business results
  • Experience managing change, transformation, or site expansion initiatives
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related discipline (preferred qualifications)
  • International or multicultural experience is advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
