Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a member of an operations crew.
• Demonstrated supervisory ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct shift supervision to hourly crews, directing work and training.
• Communicate day-to-day information on productivity, quality, safety, and maintenance to leadership.
• Drive development of hourly staff to maximize talent and performance.
• Audit and enforce good housekeeping and mill policies to maintain a professional facility.
• Partner with maintenance to optimize processes and improve profitability.
