Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in production environment in medical device/pharma with robotics/automation.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing teams for medical device/pharma packaging and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift manufacturing operations for cGMP assembly, labeling, packaging, and related production.
• Translate objectives into manufacturing strategy, staffing, capacity, and execution roadmaps.
• Drive performance with metrics on safety, quality, schedule adherence, throughput, and yield.
