Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years in a medical device or pharmaceutical production environment with robotics/automation.
• 5+ years leading a manufacturing team for medical devices/pharma products.
• Experience translating site objectives into manufacturing strategies and execution roadmaps.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-shift manufacturing operations for cGMP assembly, labeling, packaging, and related activities.
• Translate site objectives into strategy, staffing plans, capacity models, and execution roadmaps for scale-up.
• Drive performance using metrics: safety, quality, schedule adherence, throughput, yield, and right‑first‑time results.
• Lead monthly cross-functional performance review meetings.
• Foster operational excellence and continuous improvement across functions.
