Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Senior Associate to lead a device assembly & packaging line, ensuring production runs in full cGMP compliance. You will supervise technicians, perform equipment setup and troubleshooting, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing Support to resolve events.

The role requires strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging equipment, GMP experience, and the ability to drive continuous improvement on the plant floor while training staff.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Life Sciences.
Experience with cGMP and pharmaceutical/biotech packaging.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead manufacturing operations on the production floor for device assembly and packaging.
Ensure production adheres to full cGMP compliance and safety procedures.
Provide training and troubleshooting support to manufacturing staff.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing Support to resolve manufacturing events.
