• Bachelor’s degree required; GMP knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role within production or operations.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and drive performance against goals.

• Experience coaching and developing direct reports.
• Experience ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop business unit strategy and ensure projects are resourced for safety, quality, service and cost.
• Implement staffing plans and coordinate hiring with HR.
• Develop direct reports through training, performance management, coaching and evaluations.
• Monitor daily operations and direct exempt and nonexempt staff to goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and explain processes and procedures.
• Interpret and implement policies impacting the unit.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including FDA, BSI and EEO standards.
• Develop and manage work schedules, prioritizing workload and resources.
• Maintain personnel records and track time off and leave.
• Promote quality policy and an inclusive work environment.
