Job summary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, or Business required; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in a production environment in medical device/pharma with robotics/automation.
- 5+ years leading manufacturing teams and scaling clinical to commercial production.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-shift manufacturing operations for cGMP assembly, labeling, packaging, and related production activities.
- Translate objectives into manufacturing strategy, staffing plans, and execution roadmaps for scale-up.
- Drive performance with metrics: safety, quality, schedule adherence, throughput, utilization, productivity, yield, first-time-right.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and quality systems; develop leaders and succession readiness.
