This role emphasizes control plans, standard work, and JSA usage, while advancing initiatives aligned with the company 1–3 year plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field required; BS preferred.
• 2–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years of technical problem-solving within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop, coach, and lead front-line leaders.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and time.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Background in strategic planning and implementing new manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record of improving Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing operations aligned with goals and objectives.
• Mentor and coach front-line leaders to strengthen leadership and performance.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and zero-injury focus.
• Ensure consistent use of Control Plans, Standard Work, and Job Safety Analyses.
• Establish and sustain controlled, stable, repeatable processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Translate business objectives into manufacturing plans for 1–3 year strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical/operational challenges with structured problem solving.
• Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
