Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering as listed.
• 2–5 years of leadership in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years solving technical manufacturing problems.
• Proven ability to mentor front-line leaders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Background in strategic planning and process improvements.
• Track record of safety, quality, and productivity gains.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily manufacturing operations aligned with goals.
• Develop, mentor, and coach front-line leaders.
• Maintain zero-injury safety culture and procedures.
• Ensure consistent application of control plans, standard work, and JSA.
• Establish and sustain controlled, stable, and repeatable manufacturing processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Translate business objectives into manufacturing plans for 1–3 year strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new processes.
• Investigate and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement.
