Job summary

SureWerx North Dartmouth, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead daily plant activities, coordinate molding, sewing, and assembly, and drive operational excellence across the facility. The role reports to the Director of Manufacturing and Operations and requires onsite presence Monday through Friday with occasional travel between locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in manufacturing operations
• Experience with molding, sewing, assembly
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities across molding, sewing and assembly.
• Assist with production planning, scheduling and delivery commitments.
• Monitor production, flag delays or bottlenecks to leadership.
• Promote plant safety culture and compliance with SOPs.
• Support labor, materials and equipment planning for production.
• Maintain manufacturing records and SOPs; support meetings and reviews.
