Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sewing, apparel, PPE, textile, or related manufacturing operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading sewing operators and supervisors.
• Strong understanding of industrial sewing processes, equipment, materials, and quality requirements.
• Experience managing production schedules and meeting customer delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for sewing operations at both North Dartmouth and Sellersville.
• Establish consistent operating standards and expectations across both locations.
• Coordinate production priorities based on customer requirements, capacity, staffing, equipment, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor daily production performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Develop and maintain standard work instructions and sewing processes.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and operators at both sites.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, labor utilization, overtime, scrap, and rework.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure equipment is properly maintained.
