Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a manufacturing engineering leader to orchestrate the Roadrunner program at Arsenal‑1 in Ashville, OH. You will own the end‑to‑end manufacturing value chain, driving DFM feedback into design and creating high‑rate production lines to scale capability.

You will manage MBOMs, develop test methodologies, and lead quality initiatives while collaborating with design, vendors, and internal teams. Travel to sites and suppliers is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or hard sciences.
• 10+ years in electromechanical hardware/manufacturing.
• Proven ability to deliver hardware in constrained env.
• Strong focus on quality, mission assurance, attention to detail.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Regular travel between locations is required.
• US Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Own the manufacturing value-chain for Roadrunner from current rate to high‑volume deployment.
• Drive DFM feedback into design and enable design-to-production transition.
• Lead mechanical fabrication and avionics manufacturing requirements with SME experience.
• Maintain MBOMs, work instructions and related documentation.
• Lead quality management and production planning collaboration.
• Analyze metrics for cost reduction and capacity increases.
• Travel to suppliers and partner sites for sourcing and issue resolution.
• Mentor and train junior staff on efficient production processes.
